Every job is the same full-line service. We clear lint from the dryer connection all the way out to the exterior cap, not just the parts you can see. Airflow is checked before and after, and we clear the outside cap and check it for bird nests and damage, flagging anything that needs repair.
Flat rate. A first-story dryer vent cleaning is $185, a second-story cleaning that needs a ladder is $225, and a roof vent cleaning is $265. Repairs and replacements are on the same published list, and the price does not change once we are in the driveway. See the full list on our pricing page.
